Skiing at the Ehrman Mansion
in Sugar Pine Point State Park

The Ehrman Mansion grounds, at Sugar Pine Point State Park,
provide a pleasant environment for cross-country skiing.

Though the trails are not groomed,
they are well-marked and contain spectacular views.

Spring skiing is especially fun along the beachfront.

General Phipps was the first permanent resident along the West Shore (1860). His second cabin is on the Ehrman Mansion grounds.
